Mild. Cloudy most of the day. I churned, cooked. Betty down and got the car. Over to Auburn to see Alice about Mike. Carmen good all day. Betty had awful bad traveling coming home tonight. Lloyd sick, flu. Kennard called.

No letter from Mike. We done up the housework.

Friday, March 15, 1963

A nice day. Mild. Letter from Mike. Betty got her letter from Mike. He is so mixed up. (?) this army ever gets through with him. Betty to doctor’s with Carmen for her checkup. I took care of Debbie and Lori. In late p.m. Betty and I to town.

Saturday, March 16, 1963

We done up the work. Betty and I to town in a.m. Berry girls came up to see Carmen. Betty and Joy to the movies in PM. In the evening Ruthann and Joy came over here to play cards.
