Monday, December 17, 1962

Cloudy. We washed. Done up the housework. Blanche called. Aunt Ava, Fern and Lloyd. Also Norm Smith called. Jeff went over to Blanche’s with her for a little while. Betty made cookies after supper.

Tuesday, December 18, 1962

Cloudy. We didn’t do much except to (blank).

Wednesday, December 19, 1962

A nice day. We are enjoying Jeff. We got the ironing done today. Cleaned up the house. Done a dite of cooking. Made plans to go to New Hampshire. Blanche called.

Thursday, December 20, 1962

A very cold and windy day. A nice sunny day. Dorothea, Barbara and I went to Dover New Hampshire to do Dorothea’s shopping. We had a good trip and a nice time. Dorothea spent a lot of money. She was so pleased it is all done. Betty got letter from Mike. Dorothea got letter from Dennis. Jeff stayed home with Betty. Had a good time. Mama over to Aunt Ava’s.
