A nice day, on the cool side. Billie helped Chet. He cut the old hay in the orchard. Mike and David stayed here last night. They were here for supper. Betty had a good time last night. Susan here all day, she didn’t get up very early. In late p.m., she took a shower and went home to wait for her father. Cliff came to Ferns about 7 PM. Bill took me down. I spent the evening. Lloyd brought me home at 12:30 in his new car. Betty, Mike, David, K, Roger Goodson, Kale Grant, Ricky and June (? Jane? James) all went to Old Orchard for the evening, had a good time.
