Another nice day, not so cold. I worked upstairs to get ready for Dorothea.

Today I have been busy as a whirlwind getting ready for Dorothea tomorrow. But tonight about 8:30 Esther called she isn’t coming till Tuesday. Because Mr. and Mrs. Adair are coming to Esther’s to visit Dorothea and Jeffrey. I’m glad they can see them again.

Saturday, November 21, 1959 SNOW

Today it has snowed. Bill, Betty and I were going to Portland to do some shopping, but it was too bad traveling. Bill and I to town in p.m. Betty typed a story she has written. Very good.

Cleared off. Very nice today. I done up the housework and churned. Billie worked at Chet’s.

Rain. I washed. Done more work getting ready for D and J.
