A very nice hot day. I washed. Kids all went swimming. Dolores called. Done ironing today. LETTER from Adair’s.

 

 Wednesday, July 22, 1959

A hot day. I churned. Worked all day. Kids swimming. Tired all out. Dr. Nash not feeling very well, he had his son come up and get him. He’s gone for a day or so.

Thursday, July 23, 1959

Another awful hot day. Kids at home all this forenoon. At noon time Bill took them to North Bridgton to go swimming. In evening they went over to Dawn’s mothers with her to swim. I cooked, washed, ironed etc. We canned some string beans. A VERY NICE BIG PHOTO FROM JEFFREY DENNIS ADAIR.
