Monday, December 15, 1958

A snowstorm, about 8 inches. Bill didn’t work. Billie all through and home. I washed. Bill helped and Bill churned. Mike here again today. LETTER FROM ADAIR’S. Mike came today for another week.

Tuesday, December 16, 1958

A nice day, not too cold. Bill worked. Kids fussy. I washed my sitting room curtains. Kennard called. Billie down and signed up for unemployment.

Wednesday, December 17, 1958

Cloudy and snow. Dennis Chadbourne called and got Billie to go and help him. Bill home at noon. Kennard called. Kids kept us busy all day. I finished living room.

Thursday, December 18, 1958

A nice clear day, cold. Bill didn’t work. I cooked, ironed etc. Betty to the FHA Christmas party in evening.

Friday, December 19, 1958

Cold. I didn’t do much. School closed at noon. Mike walked up as far as corner with Betty. Billie took Fogg cow over to Raymonds to be bred. Fogg cow bred.
