Friday, March 15, 1957!

Cloudy. Forrest done the dining room ceiling, all done and it looks very good. Dorothea didn’t come today either. It evening Bill and I went down and paid Forrest for his work. Spent the evening. Kennard called an afternoon. Edna Randall died today, Donnie’s grandmother.

Saturday, March 16, 1957

Billie took me to town in forenoon. I sent for curtains for dining room and living room. In p.m. I cooked, washed floor. Betty and Bill over to Denmark in p.m. Billie sick today. Cloudy and rained in forenoon.

Sunday, March 17, 1957

A fair day. I cleaned up the house. Betty to church and S. S. Billie got his car fixed up. He is better. Raymond Leavitt called today.

Monday, March 18, 1957

A very nice day. I washed. And wrote some letters. Today we Heard from DOROTHEA. She is okay. She didn’t get onto the hop plane. Tonight Fern, Blanche, Joy and I went to the B. J. H. S. Spring concert. It was very good.
