Bill moved refrigerator over to its new place in the kitchen. He got the barrel up for the new stove.

Wednesday, November 28, 1956

Today Bill got the new Atlantic heater set up in the kitchen. Cecil Hager put in plug for the electric stove. And it came tonight the new electric stove from Potter and Thurlow a Kelvinator. Fern and family up tonight. I ironed.

Wednesday, November 29, 1956

In forenoon I did up the work. I wrote to Dorothea in PM. I went to Norway with Bill, he hired out with Wilner wood (?) company. Betty came home sick tonight.

Friday, November 30, 1956

A nice day. I churned and cleaned up the house and washed kitchen floor. Dolores called in a.m., Aunt Ava called in p.m. Betty still sick, went to school today. Jerry Bishop came and got the old stove today paid $15 for it.

Saturday, December 1, 1956

A nice day. I cleaned up the house, cooked etc. Bill helped. Lloyd put his pipe to his oil barrel. Betty better.
