Bill still awful lame. He finished up down cellar. Rained all day.

Kennie up here, he and Bill worked on the flush seat. Fair.

Monday, November 15, 1948

Washed. Cloudy and cold. Bill worked on pipe for flush seat. Kennie up at night. The little (?) born.



Tuesday, November 16, 1948

The first water went through our toilet. Called at Abby’s tonight.



Wednesday, November 17, 1948

Rained hard, very dark. Bill back to work. Kennie up tonight, piped water pipe for toilet. Kennard called.



Thursday, November 18, 1948

Very nice day. Washed.



Friday, November 19, 1948

I cleaned up the house some. Bill and I downtown to get Dorothea. She stayed for Girl Scouts.
