Snowed again today. Joy here today. Bill home late tonight again. Finished up on the job.

Bill’s father and mother up all day. Fern and Lloyd called also Brud.

Monday, March 1, 1948

10 below this morning. Bill downtown. Billie didn’t work. Town meeting. Bill lame.

Tuesday, March 2, 1948

I ironed. Cold and cloudy, snowed by flurry. Lot of snow. Billie worked. Joy here this week.

Wednesday, March 3, 1948

Bill awful lame. Joy still here. Did regular work.

Thursday, March 4, 1948

Snowed all day got awful cold and 10 below at night. Snow is awful deep, looks like winter. Lloyd brought license up.

Friday, March 5, 1948

I ironed, very cold. Bill still home lame. A lot of snow.
